Good As New Home Remodeling

Good As New Home Remodeling is a roofing contractor working out of Los Fresnos. This profile lists residential roof replacement, roofing and siding coordination, complete home exterior renovation and roof repair and maintenance.

The public rating is 5 out of 5, but it rests on 1 review, so treat it as a starting point rather than a verdict. This listing claims 7 Valley cities as its service area, so confirm it really covers your town and ask whether the distance changes the price. There is a website on the listing if you want to see recent work before calling.

Before you sign anything, get the scope in writing: tear off of all existing layers, a per sheet price for replacing damaged decking, new flashing and boots, and the length of the workmanship warranty as opposed to the manufacturer warranty. Call the number on this page for a quote, and get a second quote from another company on anything that runs into the thousands. You can also send the job through us and we will pass it to this business along with others nearby.
