User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the RGV Contractor platform as a registered user, whether as a homeowner or contractor.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our platform.
Homeowner Responsibilities
Homeowners agree to provide accurate project details, communicate respectfully with contractors, and use the platform in good faith.
Contractor Responsibilities
Contractors agree to maintain valid licenses and insurance, provide accurate business information, respond to inquiries promptly, and deliver services as described.
Reviews & Ratings
All reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate our community guidelines.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the platform for illegal purposes, harass other users, post false information, or attempt to circumvent our systems.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of this Agreement.
